Dental Insurance
Our dental office will work with you to provide the optimal plan for care for your oral health. We will accept any insurance company payments for treatment but are not PPO or HMO providers. We will always do what is in your best interest to exceed your desires for treatment and will process insurance paperwork as a courtesy to our patients. Please bring your insurance card on your first visit.
Please understand, however, that you are ultimately responsible for payment of all services. Should your insurance not cover what is estimated, you will be responsible to pay any uncovered portion.

Our knowledgeable staff will work with you to ensure any portion of treatment not covered by insurance is affordable. We accept cash, check, major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Discover) as well as outside payment plans available through Care Credit, Chase Health, and Springstone.
