Do you take my dental insurance at Carolina Forest Cosmetic Dentistry?
Yes we do, and we will file it for you regardless of what insurance coverage you have coverage with. We are also a participating provider with Delta Dental Premiere.
Do you have a payment plan?
Yes we do. We use CareCredit, and Springstone for our payment plan options. Carecredit and Springstone can be used at your physician, dentist, or opthamologist office. They have extended payment plan options for 2-3 years or I personally will pay the interest for you on a 3 month or 6 month option.
